Cat SPAY/NEUTER & Vaccine ASSISTANCE PROGram

Gray kitten resting with paws up.

Shirley’s Angels Animal Rescue is proud to introduce our Cat Spay/Neuter & Vaccination Assistance Program, created to expand access to essential preventive veterinary care for cats in Winchester City and Frederick County, Virginia. This initiative reflects our mission to reduce feline overpopulation, improve community cat health, and support residents who want the best for their cats but may face financial or logistical barriers.

This program was made possible thanks to a very generous anonymous donor, whose compassion and commitment to animal welfare allowed us to launch this effort. Their kindness has opened the door for meaningful change — and with continued donations from supporters like you, we will be able to grow this program and truly serve our community in a lasting, impactful way.

With the help of dedicated volunteers and trusted veterinary partners, we are proud to offer low‑cost spay/neuter services, core vaccinations, parasite treatment, and basic preventive care for cats only. While this program does not cover emergency or life‑threatening situations, it provides vital support for families and caretakers seeking safe, affordable, and reliable preventive care.

If you’re ready to apply or want to learn more about eligibility, requirements, and upcoming clinic dates, please visit our application through the link below.

Together — with generosity, community support, and a shared love for cats — we can make a meaningful difference, one feline at a time.
