We are a non‑profit animal rescue dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re‑homing stray, abandoned, neglected, and abused animals. Entirely volunteer‑run, we are based in Winchester, VA, and maintain an extensive network of shelter and rescue partners across the southern and east coast states.

Our History

Seeing a need for an energetic nonprofit to support our community's animals, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions in the memory of Shirley, an avid animal lover and our president's mother. We've grown considerably since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!
